• Government-issued IDs: Information contained in documents like Voter ID, Ration Card, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, etc., which you provide to us for printing.
• Contact Information: Email address and/or phone number to communicate with you about your order.
• Payment Information: For billing purposes only, handled securely through authorized payment processors.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for a limited time, specifically:

• Order Information: Kept for up to [X] days after the completion of your order, after which it is securely deleted.
• Document Copies: We do not retain copies of your government-issued ID documents post-processing. These are deleted once the printing job is completed.
